These rates include the 5% Caroline County Tax

WITHOUT SEWER:

$28 per day from Labor Day weekend to Memorial Day weekend.

$185 per week from Labor Day weekend to Memorial Day weekend.

$750 per month from Labor Day weekend to Memorial Day weekend.

$33 per day from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

$225 per week from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

$890 per month from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

WITH SEWER:

$33 per day from Labor Day weekend to Memorial Day weekend.

$225 per week from Labor Day weekend to Memorial Day weekend.

$890 per month from Labor Day weekend to Memorial Day weekend.

$39 per day from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

$250 per week from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

$1050 per month from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

Rates are for a family.  Only one camping unit per site.  Two adults allowed per site.  There is a $10 per person fee for each adult thereafter, with a maximum of eight adults.  

Water dump station available.

30, and some 50 amp electric services are available.

RESTRICTIONS:

No minors without parents.

Personal checks are accepted with proper identification.

Campsite check-in time is 2:00 pm.

Campsite check-out time is 3:00 pm.

No ATV’s, dirt bikes or go-karts are permitted.

Golf carts require a registration fee of $15.00 per visit.
