Buy a Membership or Lease a Lot

The Four Winds Club, Inc. is no longer selling lots.

Schedule a Tour. Visit our website at clubfourwinds.com or call the Membership Manager (804) 650-8681 to schedule an appointment. You will meet with our Membership Manager for your campground tour and to view the lots that Four Winds has available for lease. No tours will be scheduled during holiday weekends.

Leasing a Lot ($900.00 per month): The lot leased will include a membership for the term of the lease. You chose the lot you’d like out of the available lots that will accomodate your camper. Golf Carts are permitted with a $20 registration Fee.

Purchasing a Membership:

Six (6) month Membership ($1,250.00): A membership allows you access to the amenities 180 days a year during your membership period and allowed ONLY ninety (90) overnight stays. Lots available with a membership is on a first come first serve basis. Golf Carts are permitted with a $20 registration fee.

Twelve (12) month membership ($2,100.00): A membership allows you access to the amenities 365 days a year and allowed ONLY 180 overnight stays. Lots available with a membership is on a first come first serve basis. Golf Carts are permitted with a $20 registration fee.

What is the application process?  Come fill out an application today! Costs for credit and criminal checks are included in the membership/lease fee.  Applications for membership and credit/criminal information are reviewed by the Board of Directors for approval or rejection.  Membership application review can take up to 30 days.

The office will provide:

• A copy of Rules and Regulations to the new member(s) which is also available on the website under “Member Info”.
• Includes visitor information
• Signed Document of Understanding
